I am Jasleen Madan, a data-driven business strategist with a passion for leveraging data insights to drive growth and innovation.
I have an MBA from XLRI and I am pursuing a masters in Consumer Behaviour and Family Economics from University of Wisconsin Madison.
After my MBA, I joined CEAT (RPG Group) as a People Program Manager, leading people analytics, employee engagement, and employer branding for 5000+ employees. By integrating survey responses, productivity data, and HR metrics, I refined engagement strategies that elevated workplace satisfaction—helping CEAT climb from 33rd to 27th nationally in the Great Place to Work rankings (FY22–FY23).
In 2023, I set out to deepen my expertise by exploring consumer behavior and the cognitive processes behind financial decision-making. Drawing on behavioral science principles, I aim to uncover the psychological drivers behind how people manage money, invest, and make purchasing decisions, through a combination of surveys, field experiments (including mousetracking), and machine learning–powered natural language processing.
I am proficient in tools like Python, R, SQL, STATA, SurveyCTO, Excel, and I am committed to utilizing these skills to foster cross-functional collaboration. Explore my site to learn more about my work and how I can contribute to your next project!
